MEET THE JAPANESE ARTIST
YUKIKO FUJITA
There are so many talented polymer clay artists around the world, and one of our biggest missions is to connect them. This time in the Society, we'll be meeting Yukiko Fujita from Japan, known for her miniature interpretations of iconic paintings.
We're excited to talk with Yukiko about her intuitive approach, how she recreates master paintings on a miniature, wearable scale, and how her work reflects both the influence of Japanese culture and a gentle resistance to conformity.
